So you'll be able to ask me a question by pressing Star three at any time during this town hall. So just stay on the line and we'll start the conversation momentarily. Please hold while we connect you to your Access Live event. This Access Live event is currently in progress. Please note that this call may be monitored, recorded or rebroadcast. 6 To subscribe to the newsletter and we're ready to start taking your questions now. Right now we still have a few folks joining, so for those folks that just come on, I'm your United States Congressman, Greg Cassar. I'm chatting with you live from Washington, D.C. and on this call, I am not going to downplay the challenges ahead. And I also want to be clear about our path forward. I am really committed to making sure we take care of people in our district and throughout Texas. The last time that Donald Trump was president of the United States, I was on the city council, and we had the person who Donald Trump says he wants to appoint as the, quote, unquote, border czar. That person was actually in the Trump administration last time, and he specifically targeted Central Texas. There are emails and federal records showing that he said that he was coming after immigrants in Central Texas and that he was trying to make an example of Central Texas and that he was trying to find, quote, unquote, egregious cases, basically trying to round up large numbers of people from our undocumented community that had no criminal record. And there were specifically emails about him trying to find somebody who did to be able to make it seem like his cause was just so it's really worrisome what it is that a second Trump administration would do, since he's trying to bring back some of those same really discredited people into the administration. And so I'm not trying to downplay those sorts of things because we've been there. But at the same time that that happened, I and so many others in government and in the community stepped up to take care of people. That's when we first funded the Deportation Defense Fund in Austin, Texas. That's when so many organizations started making sure people had access to legal counsel and stood up for families to make sure that they weren't separated. At the same time that the Texas Legislature started its incremental abortion ban and before it became a full abortion ban, is when some of these abortion support funds were created in cities like Austin and San Antonio so that people could get out of the state to.

Your GREAT ! I am so impressed and thankful for your service. It works wonderfully. Again, thank you
— Bill, Nov 29th, 10:10amI think it's the best thing since 'sliced bread'. My spouse and I look at each other and laugh when we hear that one ring. Another marketer left high and dry! A great help in this age of intrusion.
— Carol S, Nov 29th, 11:06amFantastic! Every time my phone rings once and Nomorobo hangs up on the telemarketer I smile inside. Stops them from leaving 9 second messages on my voicemail that I have to delete, also!
— Andy B, Nov 29th, 11:43amI think it is great.I get just 1 ring no message left on my answering machine, look up the sender on my caller ID, and know it was a robocall.
— Anthony G, Nov 29th, 12:01pmi have noticed a BIG drop in the robocalls. What a relief.
— Joan N, Nov 29th, 12:13pmnorobo is a great system. The only thing is that the calls cannot be blocked until the phone rings once. Maybe that can be corrected in the future.
— Mike M, Nov 29th, 12:46pmThank you for making my stay at home more pleasant and enjoyable. without those pesky robocalls. I wish that could be extended to calls from politicians begging for money and who you only hear from right before election time.
— Julie, Nov 29th, 2:14pmI love this service, knowing that telemarketers must hate it just makes it even better.I've been signed up for about a year, when a robocall calls the phone rings once and then Nomorobo eats the call. It's like PAC-Man for the phone. These guys are amazing, if only that would figure out how to kill spam.
