Great service, and I'm enjoying a good chunk of those 70,000 calls you block every day. The only improvement I can recommend is some way to mute the single ring that you're unable to stop. Love it. But it also blocks calls that are dialed from a saved phone directory (my elder Dad does not remember my number but has it saved in his phone as a favorite). These calls are also blocked. Would like to be able to provide a list of numbers that are allowed regardless of how they are dialed.

This is the best thing to happen to phone communications. One ring and they're gone. Some still get through but only abut 10%. I'd say that is good work. You guys are the greatest. We can now eat dinner without trying to tolerate telemarketers - even non-profits.Thanks!
