Just last week, 8,266 people got Nomorobo protection!
Love Nomorobo! When the phone rings these days, I don't jump at the first ring like I used to. I wait to see if the call is zapped before letting it interrupt me or waste my time.
— Gary H, Nov 29th, 9:30amI have it. I LOVE it. I tell EVERYBODY about it.
— Fred G, Nov 29th, 9:40amFirst off, I just want to say Thank You! While not perfect, Nomorobo is still by far the best thing I have found to help deal with the endless BS calls from the wide assortment of scumbags and scammers who chose to torment us with their useless and unwanted calls at all hours of the day and night. Yes, some calls get through, until those numbers end up getting caught by Nomorobo, but this is a small price to pay for the peace of mind and lack of aggravation that is gained by the majority of calls being intercepted. As an individual with mobility issues, I can't express how much better it is with Nomorobo, to not have to jump up every time the phone rings, thinking it may be a call from family or friends, only to find out it was some d*ckhead from 1000 miles away, trying to con me into buying an extended automobile warranty or some other crap-tastic scam. I can now calmly wait to see if the call gets rejected after the first ring, before having to struggle to reach the phone, knowing that in most instances that call will be a legitimate call. The Nomorobo service has been extremely effective for us, and I tell others about it all the time. I hope that this service remains free of charge, as I feel that it is an added insult to have to pay for a service to keep from being harassed, scammed, and otherwise being victimized by the low life's of the world who chose the telephone as their weapon of choice to assault their victims. To be charged for the Nomorobo service, well, I liken that to having to pay for the police to show up at your house when a similar attempt at scamming you has been made in person. Please, continue to keep this service free for the benefit of all, I'm sure there is a way for you to monetize Nomorobo, without placing that burden on it's users. Again, thank you for the Nomorobo service, I can't express how much it has helped to keep the tele-scum at bay in our household!
— John, Nov 29th, 10:04amDoesn't stop all calls but does a good job on a lot of them.
— Daniel H, Nov 29th, 10:08amLove it. But it also blocks calls that are dialed from a saved phone directory (my elder Dad does not remember my number but has it saved in his phone as a favorite). These calls are also blocked. Would like to be able to provide a list of numbers that are allowed regardless of how they are dialed.
— Cindy V, Nov 29th, 10:18amCongratulations Nomorobo, you are successfully doing what the Government (FCC) has refused to do! We are paying a small fortune to the telephone carriers to provide a service and they thank us by allowing others to pester us using the same service we pay for. I have had at least 500 calls blocked by Nomorobo at my home during the past year - it is terrifying.
— Haig A, Nov 29th, 1:14pmI think it is great but wish there was some way to stop repeat calls that are Nomorobo stopped.
— Alberta G, Nov 29th, 1:46pmFantastic, I work the grave yard shift and sleep during the day. Normorobo usually call when I am trying to get some rest. Thanks you are a lift saver.
