This has been a huge help to us. I have a question. We get quite a few calls where the phone rings once and no one is there. There is not a record of who called on Called ID. Could these be robo calls that did not get blocked in time? Is it a problem with Comcast?

I can't tell you how much pleasure it is to here the phone ring only once, knowing that Nomorobo has again successfully shut down another annoying robocall. Before Nomorobo, I particularly hated the ones that would call and then, when you answered, you would hear silence and then they would disconnect. Now I just have a "GOTCHA!" moment. If everyone had this service, they would have to go away.

Fantastic!! All we need now is a way to add phone numbers ourselves. There still are the occasional ones that get through, and if there was a way for us to add them you would be perfect!!!

This is the best that happened to us to block these crazy and threatening calls."No caller list" was useless. Not only does the service work nearly flawlessly - no false positives I've been told about - but also it's simple to work with their helpful people to research and add new numbers that should be blocked. I'd be completely happy to pay for the service to make sure it stays online, yet they refused when I offered. Amazing.
