— William M, Nov 29th, 9:32amIt is a fine service. I am not bothered by answering calls from telemarkers and the few that get through imgo into Nomoromo and out their number in a have them blocked. Also we have had a few good callers that I needed to enterand that worked fine also!
— ALAN B, Nov 29th, 9:37amIt's an ok service although it hasn't been as effective as advertised. It is only blocking 50% of the calls to my landline. I guess that's an improvement but not what I expected.Some of the numbers that get through are listed as "private" - that is, no caller id information is given. These calls should be blocked too. If there's no caller id info the call should be blocked.
— Saul J, Nov 29th, 10:01amAbsolutely fantastic !!! If you are looking to make improvements, see if you can prevent calls prior to the first ring! Otherwise, I cannot see how you can make improvements. Best suggestion that I have had in a very long time.

One ring and gone, no chasing the phone instead of the boys.Only issue is some other Time Warner Customers hear only one ring at their end and assume they lost a connection. The phone in our house keeps on ringing. Regular callers have been informed of this issue and they wait us out.
