Just last week, 8,272 people got Nomorobo protection!
It has reduced unwanted calls significantly. I have already told friends about it. Now if only it could block calls with caller IDs of Blocked or Anonymous that would be the icing on the cake. We never accept those calls.
— John C, Nov 29th, 9:28amI was a happy subscriber, but was very annoyed when I started missing calls from friends - they called, I heard 1 ring, and they got disconnected as I picked up. I did not realize that this was happening because of NOMOROBO, the the ISP techs (Time Warner RR) were here twice and it took them a few weeks to realize that it was the doing of NOMOROBO, I lost many calls, including bi\usiness calls during those at least 4 weeks, until I disconnected from your service. You should explain that this can happen, or better - fix this VERY annoying and serious problem with your otherwise welcome service.I might join and recommend you if you do that.
— Eldad, Nov 29th, 9:34amThanks for making Nomorobo an important and useful option. It is a shame that Verizon (Mid Atlantic Maryland) no longer provides a similar service as they once did.It seems the phone company has a preference in favor of commerical interests over residential customers regarding robocall blocking. I have benefited by the 'one ring cut-off' of robocallers but wish it was a "no-ring". You provide a customer service that easily surpasses the phone company or government protection against such increasing intrusions on privacy.
— Jeff W, Nov 29th, 9:46amFabulous - Such a great feeling when the phone rings only one ring.
— John A, Nov 29th, 10:21amNot only does the service work nearly flawlessly - no false positives I've been told about - but also it's simple to work with their helpful people to research and add new numbers that should be blocked. I'd be completely happy to pay for the service to make sure it stays online, yet they refused when I offered. Amazing.
— Anonymous, Nov 29th, 10:58amGreat love it
— Anonymous, Nov 29th, 12:00pmAn Excellent Product! It would be even better if the single ring were eliminated. That would be the best for total isolation from the annoying robot dialers.
— Ken H, Nov 29th, 12:54pmThis is the best thing since sliced bread. I never want to do without it. Thanks to you for the peace of mind we now have in our home.
