Just last week, 8,259 people got Nomorobo protection!

Overall I am very happy with your service. However, I want to point out that it is not 100% effective. Specifically, during the election season from about September through the election in early November, we noticed that robocalls for political surveys frequently got through your technology. Of course, now that the elections are over, we are no longer being bothered. But, is there some reason why those calls could not be stopped?

We cannot understand why the other cable/telcos in our market (RCN & Service Electric) have not obtained the simultaneos ring feature from their central office switch supplier. Nomorobo is like going to heaven. Also we don't understand why VZ FIOS doesn't market it's still exclusive simultaneous ring feature as the reason to switch to FIOS. Also don't understand why when we asked VZ for help with robocalls, VZ told us to (waste our time) calling the police rather than telling us about Nomorobo. There is no cure for stupid. Great. It works. And a caller who apparently was calling at the same time each morning for a few days isn't calling anymore, so maybe nomorobo not only picks up for me but somehow discourages the bots. Thank you!
