Not only does the service work nearly flawlessly - no false positives I've been told about - but also it's simple to work with their helpful people to research and add new numbers that should be blocked. Put this on my parents phone, so they would not try to jump out of there chair and run to the phone to try and answer it. They are elderly, so not only the security side and scam protection, but the possible fall prevention from them trying to run and get some ridiculous phone call. Thanks so much for your help.

Excellent service. Really works great and cuts down on countless robocalls. I have reported a particular robocall number (several times now) that was not blocked and it is still getting through. Please block it! Otherwise, more than pleased with Nomorobo.
